Quentin is an award-winning marketer with over 25 years experience. Developing the AIM suite of courses and events, he brings his skills and experience of being a coach, facilitator, mentor, trainer and consultant to develop the unique format and content The Association of Investment Marketers has become known for. Quentin is a familiar face to all those that attend our courses and events, facilitating the Induction and Academy programmes, hosting the Future Leaders and coaching all Leadership attendees.

Jen Taylor

Jen Taylor – Community Manager

Jen looks after our growing AIM community and Network, managing the coordination, communications and content across the suite of courses, coordinating events including the Expert Speaker Series and providing networking opportunities across the community. Jen’s experience across recruitment, campaigns, training, reporting and project management has enabled us to build a strong customer experience for attendees during and after their courses, and provide clear insights
and reporting on employee engagement for senior managers.

A Financial services veteran in roles related to training, writing, marketing and sales. By
taking a focused, research-based approach, Andy concentrates on helping organisations to use
language effectively and win more business which he shares on the Induction & Academy courses.

Hugely experienced in Financial learning and development, including running Schroders Learning & Development department, Charlie works closely with Quentin across the Academy, Future Leaders and Leadership, facilitating, developing and evolving the course content.

Consultancy director at White Marble Marketing, Nick has a profound knowledge of both UK wholesale and institutional markets. His deep understanding of investment styles and investment processes as well as fund structures sets the framework for the Induction course.
