About us

The Association of Investment Marketers (AIM) is focused on strengthening marketing within investment management. Through courses, events and a range of insights, we want to help marketers grow in their careers and have a more influential voice in their organisations. 

Our story

AIM was founded in 2014 as the Fund Marketing Network and renamed in 2019 to evolve with our growing offering. It was born out of working with leading investment management businesses, helping them improve their marketing. They expressed a clear challenge in upskilling their teams, in the absence of professional development content relevant to the industry.

Using our collective experience and extensive industry network, the AIM team is focused on helping marketers in the asset and wealth management industry. We provide the necessary insights, skills and tools to develop careers and create more impactful investment marketing.

Meet the team

Quentin Crowe

Quentin Crowe – Chief Learning Officer

Quentin is an award-winning marketer with more than 25 years' experience. Developing the AIM suite of courses and events, he brings his skills and experience of being a coach, facilitator, mentor, trainer and consultant to develop the unique format and content that AIM has become known for.

Jen Taylor

Jen Taylor – Community Manager

Jen looks after the growing AIM community and network, managing the coordination, communications and content across the suite of courses. She also coordinates events, including the Expert Speaker Series, and provides networking opportunities across the community.

Andy Skeen

Andy Skeen

A financial services veteran in roles related to training, writing, marketing and sales. By taking a focused, research-based approach, Andy shares how he concentrates on helping organisations to use language effectively and win more business.

Charlie Walters

Charlie Walters

Charlie is hugely experienced in financial learning and development, including running Schroders' Learning & Development department. He works closely with Quentin across the Academy, Future Leaders and Leadership courses, facilitating, developing and evolving the course content.

AIM was developed by White Marble Marketing, a business focused on delivering best practice in investment marketing. The team uses their extensive experience stretching over various key marketing disciplines to help asset and wealth management groups in the UK, Europe and US. They work closely with a range of clients to develop solutions that range from brand strategy, product and campaign development, digital marketing and infrastructure, content and communications.
