A course that enables investment marketing managers to prepare for future leadership roles. It develops commercial acumen, strategic thinking and planning skills, alongside a range of soft skills to present, influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

The programme consists of six full training days spread over seven months, aimed at helping marketers prepare for future leadership roles. It is endorsed by the CIM and designed to build confidence, skills and profile in ambitious marketing managers.

Course overview

The programme consists of six full-day workshops.  Each workshop day is focuses on a core topic, offering insights and debate from industry experts and other leading marketers. The workshops are complemented with additional online resource, 1:1 support and accountability groups, concluding with a practical work-focused assignment.

The six elements provide structure and focus, but strategy is nothing without implementation. The programme creates a high-performance community dedicated to one thing: output.  You will be challenged to take yourself out of your comfort zone. Quentin is an award-winning marketer with more than 25 years' experience. Developing the AIM suite of courses and events, he brings his skills and experience of being a coach, facilitator, mentor, trainer and consultant to develop the unique format and content that AIM has become known for.
